We will do our best to get your order to you in a timely manner; however, delivery time is not gaurantee due to any unforeseen circumstances with the shipping provider.

Proof of purchase is required in order to be eligible for a return and the item must be in the condition it was received, with tags attached.

You can request a return within 2 weeks of receiving your item. Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to receive your items and issue a refund. Your refund should be available in your account 5-7 business days after we issue it.

To submit a return, please contact kawarthafishingapparel@gmail.com stating the reason. We will follow up with instructions on shipping the item back and will issue a refund once the item is received, inspected, and deemed an acceptable return request.

Refunds are not available on shipping, sale items, and gift certificates.
